These terms describe Kleido Plus, generation credits, and reasonable use of Kleido's AI creation service.

Kleido Plus

Plus is an automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive 2 AI credits during a 3-day free trial. Each paid month then includes 15 AI generation credits. Payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel the subscription in that store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Credits and monthly resets

• Unused trial credits expire when the trial ends. The first paid period starts with 15 new included credits.
• Unused included credits expire at each monthly reset and do not carry over.
• Credits bought in a separate pack never expire.
• Included credits are used before purchased credits.
• A generation that fails is refunded automatically.
• Saved wardrobe content remains available after Plus ends.

Fair use

Kleido is intended for personal wardrobe and styling use. You can use every available included or purchased credit whenever you choose. There is no daily generation cap for normal use. Automated or bulk generation, resale of the service, sharing one account as a production service, or attempts to bypass account and credit limits are not permitted. We may temporarily rate limit automated, abusive, or unusually high concurrent request bursts when needed to protect reliability and other users.

AI results

Generated images are visual styling aids and may contain inaccuracies. Check fit, color, construction, and suitability yourself before relying on a result or making a purchase decision.

Kleido Plus verlängert sich monatlich oder jährlich automatisch. Berechtigte Neukunden erhalten während der 3-tägigen Gratis-Testphase 2 KI-Credits. Danach enthält jeder bezahlte Monat 15 KI-Credits. Nicht genutzte Test- und Monats-Credits verfallen am jeweiligen Periodenende und werden nicht übertragen. Separat gekaufte Credits verfallen nicht. Alle verfügbaren Credits können jederzeit verwendet werden. Für die normale Nutzung gibt es kein tägliches Generierungslimit. Automatisierte Massennutzung, Weiterverkauf und das Umgehen von Limits sind nicht gestattet. Automatisierte, missbräuchliche oder ungewöhnlich hohe parallele Anfragen können vorübergehend begrenzt werden. Das Abo kann jederzeit im App Store oder bei Google Play verwaltet oder gekündigt werden.
